Zeolite use in Natural Health vs Conventional Medicine

Have you ever wondered about the different uses of the natural volcanic mineral compound Zeolite in natural health as opposed to conventional medicine?

I’ve been working on my new book, Zeolite – a Nutritional Mineral Gift to Humankind for some time and it is nearly finished! As we enter 2024 we are finalizing a couple of graphics to be used in the new publication.

It also occurs to me that a couple of these graphics illustrate nicely the different uses of Zeolite Clinoptilolite in the world. Believe me, this new book isn’t just about Black Earth Zeolite – I did my best to cover the entire spectrum of Zeolites as much as possible.

As my personal interest is in natural health, this has been my main area of research as a writer. However, in aiming to cover more of the broad spectrum of the uses of Zeolite in the world, I found it was useful to include chapters on Conventional Medicine as well as Zeolite use in industry.

I suspect most of my readers will also be interested in Zeolite for supporting detoxification, brain health, gut health, supporting the immune system and as a natural antioxidant and as an anti-inflammatory. It can also be illuminating to look at some of the uses of Zeolite in conventional medicine, and not necessarily as a nutritional or internal biochemical agent.

Many of your have heard me talk in my podcast Whole Earth Radio (and elsewhere) about the DSHEA (pronounced duh-shay) or Dietary Supplement Health Education Act which mostly governs how supplement companies can talk about their products in the US. As a writer, I also maintain a unique third-party status when not writing or speaking on behalf of a particular brand. Even so, one must be careful when discussing nutritional supplements such as Zeolite as they relate to the treatment of disease.

In the new book, I have an entire chapter on Zeolite in conventional medicine and in industry. While supplement companies can’t talk about their products in terms of treating disease, it is perfectly legal for a writer to discuss how some products sold as supplements, may also be used by conventional medicine for disease treatment and other medical purposes.

If you’re interested in natural healing agents like Zeolite – stay tuned in the new year folks!
